“I would HIGHLY recommend Allegiance to anyone looking for an inspector! Kyle was great to work with and is very thorough, informative, professional, and friendly. He walked us through everything and took pictures of all things that would need fixing. Even if there was something small that we would want to look at when we move in, he included it and would make suggestions on how to fix it. On top of the thorough inspection his turn around time was speedy as he got the report to us only a couple of hours after he was finished with the inspection.”

HELPFUL HINTS
• Periodically look around in your crawl space for any signs of moisture or pests.
• Check that your attic is well ventilated. A poorly ventilated attic can negatively effect your roof.
• Don't neglect regularly changing or cleaning the air filters on your air circulation system. They are inexpensive, but a dirty filter reduces efficiency and can be a health concern.
• Be vigilant of your exterior paint and caulking as it is a first defense against water damage.
• Remember to leave room between your siding and landscaping materials. Piling dirt or bark too close to siding can make a great entrance for pests.
